How long does it take to ship?

Orders are fulfilled within 3 days! TABOO uses first class mail if under 15 ounces. They usually deliver to you within 5 business days after receiving your tracking number. If orders need to be received by a specific date, please leave a note at check out. :)

If an order returns to sender due to unavailable address or more, a reshipping fee starts at $5.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! USPS shipping usually costs $14 and takes anywhere from 15-45 days to arrive. Express shipping expenses are TBA and can be faster using DHL or FedEx as the shipping provider. Tracking number is emailed to you.

Is Taboo Liner vegan and cruelty free?

Yes! Not animal tested and all ingredients are vegan.

 

How do I take off Taboo Liner?

For eyes, the best option is oil-based makeup remover, micellar water, or coconut oil works as well. A cotton swab with small, gentle circular motions will break down the formula. Any makeup remover of your choice works too!

What is your return policy?

Taboo Liner purchases are covered by the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which allows returns of opened beauty products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or reshipment of order. Proof of purchase and video content must be received. Visit our contact page for any and all resolutions.

What if my product arrives defective or has a defect shortly after receiving?

Please email TABOO through the bigcartel contact page with your name and order number in the subject to resolve any issues.

Where is my order? It's been x amount of days/weeks with no movement.

After a package is dropped off to the shipping provider, it is out of my control what happens with it. I am happy to work together to resolve any issues regarding missing packages and delays.
